Post Op Crookedness (14 months post op) - could an osteotomy help? (Photos)

I’m 14 months post op and I’ve noticed a bump/crookedness on one side since swelling started to decrease around 9 months. Could a osteotomy help correct it?

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for revision rhinoplasty. Yes, the bone needs to be mobilized inwards better. Also, the tip could be refined a bit more as well. Be sure to see an expert rhinoplasty surgeon for consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. An osteotomy may be helpful to help correct the asymmetry. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
