18 years old, 5'2, 135 lbs, 34dd. They have looked like this ever since growing in. I am aware of the asymmetry. Is it possible that they could be fixed with a mastopexy (without implants) and possibly a reduction to help with back pain?

Thank you for your question and photos. Your breasts do. It appear tuberous, but as you indicated in your history, your breasts simply developed the way they did, but there is nothing “wrong”’with you nor with them. That said to enhance their shape and symmetry an and achieve a more youthful less droopy appearance, reduction and lift of the larger breast and a lift of the smaller breast should be able to accomplish a beautiful final result for you.

Absolutely can have a lift/reduction for better breast shape and symmetry.

This is an outpatient procedure, usually with fairly easy recovery.

Trade off would be scars and the space between your breasts would stay wide because of your anatomy, but breasts will much more proportionate and shapely.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

You would benefit from a mastopexy or breast lift. You have a moderate amount of natural breast tissue. A breast lift would allow repositioning/shaping/lifting that would benefit your aesthetic. You could ask for a reduction as well if you desire smaller. You certainly do not need a breast implant.

Your breasts are not tuberous, they are large and ptotic. You would benefit from a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.
