Are my breasts tuberous? Is it possible to correct the shape without implants? (Photos)

Hello! I am 26. My breasts have always been a huge insecurity for me, and I am considering a surgery. I am not sure if they are tuberous , but there’s definitely something wrong with the shape and the lack of volume. My nipples are also very flat unless they react to low temperature. Areolas are also very large and everything is kind of pointing downwards. I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to correct the shape without implants. I don’t necessarily need them to be larger, and I’m okay with any cup size I may end up with. My biggest concern is the shape itself. Thank you in advance.

Generally a tuberous breast has some degree of the following features
1. Constricted base (base of the breat) 2. deficient lower pole (less breast "stuff" from the nipple to the fold vs nipple towards the neck) 3. high or tight breast fold (inframammary fold). 4. some degree of breast protrusion or herniation through the areaolar ring
I dont see that in your photos
you have low hanging breasts, large areaolae, and some asymmetry (everyone has some asymmetry).

What to do:
a lift will address the position (but not the volume). In fact a lift WILL make you slightly smaller
an implant will address shape and volume (but not the position)

you may ultimately consider both even if you do them one at a time.

You can improve shape and reduce areolae with a breast lift.

You can do this without implants since you are ok with your size, which will go down a little after a lift.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to confirm this as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these images, your breasts do not appear to be tuberous, but rather show mild to moderate ptosis (low-lying) with upper pole volume loss. A mastopexy (breast lift) with auto-augmentation—where the lower breast tissue is repurposed to fill the upper pole—would likely provide the improved shape and perky appearance you are looking for. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss whether a vertical or anchor-pattern lift best fits your goals.

Your breasts are not tuberous. I recommend a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
