Breasts have changed from breastfeeding - Do I have tubular breasts?

I’m currently breastfeeding and I’ve already thought I may have tubular breasts in at least one of my breasts. Since they have changed it’s been emphasized more in the way it pulls. Do we think this is the case?

It does appear that there is constriction of tissue around the nipple, a trait of tuberous breasts. This is particularly evident on one side.
