Unhappy with implants asymmetry Can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hi I had my breast enlarged in September last year . Post op I was experiencing severe pain in my left breast oand for some time after the surgery, however the pain subsided. The left breast took longer to drop and fluff Andy surgeon was intially concern with infraction. However , the breast seemed to settle . I feel that the left breast is significantly smaller than the right and also it seems to be situated higher than the right . The surgeon refuses to correct this saying that my breasts were uneven before the surgery, however I don’t believe this to be the Case. I also feel like they have deflated and have no volume at the top Unfortunately I don’t have any before photos Thank you in advance
