Thank you for submitting your questions and photos. I’m sorry you are experiencing breast asymmetry after your augmentation. Based on your photos, it does look like your breasts are uneven, with regard to volume and shape. The left breast may have developed slightly tighter scar tissue (capsule) around the implant, forcing it sit within the breast pocket differently compared to the right. The old appears a little higher as well. You may require a 2nd procedure to release the capsule and revise the breast fold position. Unfortunately, the best option to increase upper breast pole fullness is to exchange your implants to a larger size, or a high projection. If your original surgeon is not open to revising, then please seek out a 2nd opinion with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck and thanks again for reaching out.

Your lower implant is bottoming out and this can be corrected by tightening the lower pocket. Your other side looks great. I would ask to see your before photos to see how even/uneven you were before surgery.
