I’m 18F and considering labiaplasty because I experience discomfort in certain clothing like leggings, swimsuits, and tighter jeans, which can be frustrating day to day. I’d prefer a more tucked or “innie” appearance and would like to get as close to that as possible while still keeping a natural look. I do have concerns about maintaining full function and sensitivity, which is very important to me. I also have some concerns about discoloration, but I feel like once the procedure is done and fully healed, I might feel more confident about that as well. I’m open to the best approach or combination of procedures that would give the safest and most natural result. My main goals are improved comfort and a smoother, less protruding appearance while preserving normal feeling and function, and I’d like to understand what options might work best for my anatomy and what kind of realistic results I can expect.

Hello, I have reviewed your pictures and decided that the procedures you need are definitely hoodoplasty and labiaplasty with transfers tissue extraction .When these procedures are performed by experienced gynecological cosmetologists using the correct technique, there will be no decrease in sensation; in fact, you may even experience increased sensation as the tissue in the clitoral area will be reduced. This will lead to increased self-confidence and improved sexuality. You will feel much more comfortable wearing leggings, swimsuits, and pants. I recommend you have labiaplasty and clitoral hoodoplasty. Stay healthy.

Thank you for your question!  When it comes to ensuring the look you desire, the labia majora also play a role.  In addition to a traditional labiaplasty, you may need PRP or a fat transfer to the labia majora which should help achieve parity.

Thank you for sharing your photos. You have a common anatomical profile where the labia and clitoral hood tissues are more prominent than the labia majora. Because your outer lips are more modest in size, a standard reduction alone won't create a complete 'innie' look.
To get the tucked, sleek result you're looking for, I typically recommend a wedge resection labiaplasty combined with a clitoral hood reduction. To achieve that 'innie' aesthetic, adding fat grafting to the labia majora provides the necessary volume to frame and protect the inner tissues.

Your main goals of "improved comfort and a smoother, less protruding appearance while preserving normal feeling and function" are realistic, but achieving an "innie" appearance isn't since your labia majora and mons are so small.

The outcome of everything being hidden is a universal request, but one that is not realistic for you. The issues with your vulva aren't limited to your labia since you also have a very large clitoral hood that needs to be reduced at the time of your labiaplasty. The majority of your work involves expertly reducing the hood and from there begin to sculpt your labia for both structures to look as youthful and aesthetically pleasing as possible.  Once the bulky hood and large labia are reduced your labia majora are too small to fully conceal the inner structures, including hood and labia minora.  In the end you should have a beautiful result and achieve your goals.

The best approach for labiaplasty is an Labiaplasty with a hood reduction. One thing to keep in mind: how “tucked in” you can get depends on a few things…
1. How big and full your outer labia are. In some women the outer labia (majora) are thin and short. You might still be able to see some hood and labia when standing even after labiaplasty.
2. How large and protruding the clitoris is. In some ladies the clitoris is long and large and it may not be able to be fully hidden.
3. The gap between the outer labia. This can almost be thought of as cleavage. If the gap is wider then there will be a visible band in the middle when standing after a labiaplasty.

To get predictable results you need a surgeon who has cared for hundreds and hundreds of patients with large labia. Be very selective and make sure they understand your specific anatomy before choosing. They should have photos and videos and lots of reviews. (Check Reddit too)
