How can this can be fixed? My labia majora is on my leg. (Photos)

I had 3 try of reconstructive surgery and I feel like it’s worse.. I had fat transfert, then a skin flap then ajustement of skin flap and it migrated to my leg..… I’ve seen two surgeons and all they suggested is mfat transfer as they don’t want to make a bigger scar..… i don’t mind the scar honestly I just want a “normal” labia majora that is not on my leg.. it’s embarrassing it’s out of my underwear and there is a whole/gap and makes it really difficult when I have my period on top of discomfort when I walk/run as it’s rubbing on my opposite leg..… I have quite discouraged and I would like to know if something is possible to get me in a better position. I had a tumor removed 15 years ago and I started reconstructive process 4 years ago.
