I am 19 years old and I’m considering surgery to make my breasts appear less saggy and more frame fitting. I am 5’2 and 125-130 lbs with a healthy bmi. I don’t smoke and I’m normally active. I am hoping to have either procedure in the next year with my insurance.
Answer: Breast lift/reduction You are a very good candidate for a breast reduction/lift. This will dramatically lift, reshape and make your breasts more proportionate. I would not hesitate to proceed, you will be very happy (see attached). Thank you.

Answer: Breasts You would be a great candidate for a small reduction which does include a lift. Insurance does not cover a lift or a small reduction. A certain amount of breast tissue based on your weight must be removed before insurance will cover the procedure. It is possible that insurance also will not cover your reduction. However, your surgeon can ask for prior approval with most companies and let you know what is covered.

Answer: Breast lift or breast reduction I think you're a very good candidate for a breast reduction, which would both lift your breast, make your breast smaller, which make them much more proportionate to your slim physique. It would not only improve the appearance of your breast, but it would also improve the parents of your abdomen, because the breast are covering up your upper abdomen, and you have a pretty shape to your upper abdomen as well. It would also help improve your posture with decreasing back pain and neck pain. You are a good candidate for a breast reduction.

Answer: Breast Lift Hi there, you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy) For a breast reduction through your insurance, theyrely on the amount of tissue to be removed from each breast to determine whether or not you qualify for coverage. Depending on the company, this weight requirement may be 450 grams, 500, or even 600 grams. I do not believe you have enough to qualify. An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine this.

Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Insurance does not cover this technique and the cost is $14,000. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
