19, 5'2, 125/130lbs - am I a good candidate for a breast lift or breast reduction?

Hi there, you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy)
For a breast reduction through your insurance, theyrely on the amount of tissue to be removed from each breast to determine whether or not you qualify for coverage. Depending on the company, this weight requirement may be 450 grams, 500, or even 600 grams. I do not believe you have enough to qualify. An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine this.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Insurance does not cover this technique and the cost is $14,000.

Based on your photos, you would be a great candidate for a Brest lift or mastopexy with implants. The implants aren’t necessary but would give you a fuller more youthful bust with the lift. At the same time, your areolas can be reduced and made to be symmetrical bilaterally. From the photos you appear to be a good candidate for either a breast lift alone or a lift with a reduction if you'd like to reduce the volume to better fit your frame. You may also consider a breast lift and/or reduction with auto augmentation. This is an approach that uses your own tissue to give more upper pole fullness.
