I had my breast reduction surgery February 2021. For reference I am 27 years old (not planning on having kids anytime soon) 5’3” 145lbs, I went from a 34H to a 34D. Initially, I wasn’t happy with the shape of my breasts/areolas, but I convinced myself that I was still healing and that I would see final results in a year. Two years later I am still unhappy. I’m only a 34D, so I don’t think my insurance will pay for a breast reduction. Approximately how much would it cost for a revision? Thanks.

Your nipples are in a good position and what needs to happen is removal of lower breast tissue to make the overall breast proportion and shape better. Answer: Can revison be done for breast reduction ? Breast reduction revision surgery is safe and effective. I would recommend you wait until after you are done having children as gaining and losing weight will be effecting your results again. Make sure you choose a highly skilled surgeon to perform your revision surgery. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Revision From your photos it does appear you would benefit from a revision to your breast reduction. This would address the excess tissue and overall shape. You may be a candidate for auto augmentation which uses your own tissue to provide upper pole fullness. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
