I’m in my 50s and believe it or not I’m only 144lbs yet the condition of my arms makes me appear to look like I’m about 175. What can I do to remedy this situation with my arms? I already workout.
Answer: Thank you for your question! In the matter, the pictures were sent the area can’t be evaluated all that well we would need for them to be extended, but with the condition condition of the skin does change and tends to sag, and if there’s been any fluctuation and weight, then most likely for a successful outcome, most likely in Arm Lift would be necessary!

Answer: Liposuction and brachioplasty From your photograph, it appears you would benefit from liposuction and brachioplasty done simultaneously. This is done on an out-patietn basis, takes 2 hours to perform and costs $7,000. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Arms No, avoid the long scar of the arm tuck. However, you could consider liposuction and minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion to help tighten your skin. These are done at the same surgery.

Answer: Exploring Arm Reduction Options Thank you for your query on whether you need an arm lift. Based on your shared details and image, arm reduction surgery seems a viable option for you. The two main methods are Vaser High-Definition Liposuction and a Formal Arm Lift with an incision. Given your minimal loose skin and no history of massive weight loss, I'd recommend the Vaser High-Definition Arm Liposuction. It effectively sculpts the arms and removes excess fat, with skin naturally 'shrink-wrapping' around your newly shaped arms. Alternatively, a Formal Arm Reduction, which involves liposuction and a longitudinal arm incision, can also be considered, though it leaves an incision on your arm. In conclusion, Vaser High-Def Arm Liposuction appears to be your best bet. I hope this has clarified your options. sincerely, Dr. Katzen
