Male Liposuction of flanks & lower abdomen. Will future weight gain go straight to the thighs?

I am a young male weighing 200lbs 5'11 that naturally has a "skinny-fat" body appearance. I've always had a struggle with my love handles. They are always there no matter how much weight I lose. I think my lower abdomen may have to get suctioned as well to "blend in the area"? My secondary problem area is my thighs, they are "chubby" I guess you can call it. My question is, If getting liposuction of my flanks and lower abdomen... will future gained weight go straight to my thighs? Thank u!

Your fat is distributed throughout the body determined by age, sex and genetics. If fat cells are removed from 1 area then all the remaining areas will disproportionately increase in the amount of fat to be absorbed. If you liposuction your flanks and lower abdomen then all your body including your thighs will have increased fat accumulation with weight gain.

By committing to liposuction you are also committing to a reasonable lifestyle, diet and exercise routine. If you maintain that there should be no additional significant weight gain.
