After lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, I noticed that my eyes became round and the lower eyelid drooped and scars formed under the eyes. My eyes are dry all the time and I suspect that this is lower eyelid retraction. It has been 6 months since the previous operation. When can I make repair and how is this being done?

As you had surgery one month ago, 5-fu or filler injections and massage seems the best way. After 3-6 months you should consider revision surgeries.Hope it helps.
