The surgeon's preference would be retractor recession and lengthening the lower eyelid with a lateral periosteal flap for my "euryblepharon" eye configuration. I was thinking that maybe I could have a midface lift to lift the eyelids a bit instead. Or maybe canthopexy or canthoplasty instead. Not sure if these are long lasting. I had cheek implants 4 weeks ago as my cheeks were flat, negative vector and made my eyes bulge. Do different procedures achieve same results? Thanks!
