Severe ectropion due to scar removal and canthoplasty - can it be fully corrected? (photos)

So i underwent scar excision and ectropion correction surgeries, I am reaching out to this esteemed community seeking your valuable advice and expertise.Approximately six months ago, I had these surgeries, but unfortunately, the outcomes were not as expected. Instead, I now face more severe ectropion and a significant change in the shape of my eye. In an attempt to address these concerns, I underwent a revision surgery a month ago. However, the ectropion has worsened . Can it be fully corrected?

Canthoplastly is mostly a part of retraction repair. A couple of weeks its very normal to look asymmetric. No worries.

A more predictable and long lasting solution would be a hard palate graft to elevate the eyelids. You can augment results by adding an orbital rim implant. That would increase complexity and possible complications....high risk but high reward.
