Lacklustre abdominal Vaser liposuction. Should I get a revision? (Photo)

3 months post op. Really unhappy with the appearance of my abdomen and loose skin . 29 y/o, Caucasian. My doctor said he could do hi def on my stomach. I have loose/saggy skin on my lower stomach. My stomach is so uneven. Looks and feels to me like the fat was unevenly sucked out. There is a peak above my bellybutton. Is there realistically a chance that my stomach could still turn out smooth? Should I start looking for a surgeon to do a revision? I had vaser lipo. Thank you.
