Hi, Male, 40 years. Body fat: 12.5%. I apologize for the vague question, but I have observed that males from India/Asia typically have this bugs bunny cheeks which might look great on a woman but looks very offputting on males. You can simply google "average Indian male smiling" and seeing a few pics you will spot that pattern. I would like to say that Buccal fat removal will solve the problem. But I think that procedure removes fat from lower cheek region, but not the cheekbones.

Absolutely. Buccal fat removal and adjunct procedurs might be a great option for you including masseter injections with neuromodulator such as Botox, Dysport, etc.

Need to see whole face and skin texture do decide. Buccal fat removal may be an option. But may need more than that such as a facelift, necklift, etc. Buccal fat reduction relies on good skin elasticity and if there is a lot of laxity and soft tissue descent, buccal fat removal is not a good...
