It appears that you have a mild herniation of breast tissue into your areolae. Contrary to your nipples having no fullness, they are overfilled with breast tissue that is being pushed into your areolae by the breast implants. Speak to your PS about options to correct it if it is that great of a concern to you. Good luck!

What did your breast look like crawling on all fours before your surgery?
We usually make plastic surgery assessments with patients in an upright standing position.
We generally also make assessments by comparing before and after pictures.
Consider posting with a set of quality before and after pictures if you want us to make an assessment regarding the outcome of your procedure.
Alternatively, follow up with your provider and ask him or her to address your concerns.
