Do not use any other incision, and using another will not make your current scars better. What needs to be done is to 'nail them down' at the completion of the replacement surgery using special sutures and absorbable mesh. Once they're healed and properly sitting in the fold, you won't be...

Your breasts are still asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You need a small implant on the larger side or a larger implant on the smaller side. You may want to have a revision of your mastopexy as well as fat transfers to make the correction. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
