I had a full breast lift with implants (650 hp) under the muscle with mesh. I was replacing 450 moderate implants from 2015. I am still maintaining 170 lb weight loss so I had snoopy boob but didn’t really care at time. Left boob didn’t drop and clearly high/tight and flat on side, right side has dropped but now slightly loose/saggy since tissue is relaxed. My surgeon is fixing them both and I’m curious what would be standard procedure for each to get the best result Thank you

No, do not go larger. You actually need to go smaller and have your medial pockets tightened. Going larger will make things worse. Your frame and tissue will not support larger implants.
I am so sorry that your are having such issues. However, your implants are too large and heavy for you and you may not be able to get everything settled completely even with these size implants. Go smaller and have a lift.
Photos would be helpful, but the areolar incision has a higher risk of infection than the underneath incision. Unless the beast tissue is thin in that area, I would suggest the same incision. E coli is bacteria that you are probably picking up in the bathroom. You need to wash your hands very...
