Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. Many years ago, I pioneered a technique specifically for patients like you termed "Reductive Augmentation. This involves an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy, revision of the mastopexy-lift, and excision of the lower pole breast tissue. It is best suited for those patients who have significant asymmetry in amount of breast volume. You should be able to have a beautiful appearing breast with this technique. Best wishes to you.

At this time, I recommend explantation and lift with Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

I am so sorry that your are having such issues. However, your implants are too large and heavy for you and you may not be able to get everything settled completely even with these size implants. Go smaller and have a lift.

Based on your only one post of photo appears to be a symmetry of size and levels of the breast? Impossible to respond unless doing a virtual consultation. Best response is you will need another surgery or two surgeries to address your situation. Please do virtual.
