Why does it look so weird? (Photo)

Question

So I originally had implants put in a year ago along with a lift. One dropped too low so the doctor offered a revision I decided that the other one was hanging pretty low too and he agreed. I’ve seen photos of other revisions but none that look like this. Is this normal procedure if so how long until it starts to look a little more normal?

In the second and third photos, you needed a lift, but your implants were sitting a little high as well. In the last photos, your size is way too large for your frame and tissue and you will not look "normal" unless they are exchanged for something smaller. Bigger is not always better.

Your implants are in a higher position than they should be. This causes your breast tissue and nipple look downwards and causes this disharmonious look. Good news is that this can be corrected easily.

i’m going to assume that the first picture is where you started and the next three pictures are where you are now?
In order to make a good assessment, we need quality information.
This should start by having a complete set of proper before and after pictures of your first operation.
If you don’t have it before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeons to forward the pictures they took.
 Always keep it before and after pictures because you might need them in the future.
Were your implants above or below the muscle from the first procedure? My best guess is that your implants were placed above the muscle during the first procedure and during the revision surgery, your implants were placed under the muscle, which is why they’re sitting high.
At the same time, it looks like you have breast droopiness aka ptosis which aggravates the appearance.
In the pictures it looks like you recently had the procedure and in order for the implants to settle in place. You should probably wait at least 3 to 6 months.
I suggest you follow up with your provider.
