You likely have some scar tissue buildup or capsular contracture which causes one implant to sit higher. A revision with capsulorrhapy would address this issue for you.

Although your breast exposure is limited because of clothing, you probably have a capsule. You could try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments, but may need surgery to resolve the capsule.
