Hi doctors, I am a year and a month postop from breast aug. My right breast is noticeably higher and more exaggerated than my left one. it will slide up when I’m laying down. My doctor tells me this is because of CC. He is saying, I need to go back under and get a vision procedure to cut out the capsular contracture. Is this necessary?

You did not provide photos or much information, like volume of implants, previous cup size, height and weight, and photos. I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and discussing the potential size and surgery.
You may potentially benefit from tightening the pocket laterally and below. This would be done with releasing the pocket superiorly (capsulotomies) to permit placement of a more moderate profile but slightly larger implant. I would recommend performing thermal and suture capsulorrhaphies...
From your question I understand that you want a more natural look which is possible by changing your implants with anatomical (tear drop) ones, reducing the size, and adjusting the position correctly. Good luck.
