It does appear that your left implant is smaller than the right side. I would assume if the same size implants were placed that the asymmetry was presented preoperatively. Most patients have some asymmetry before and after surgery. In your case what I see is that the one side is larger and has more upper pole than the other side. This would be a rather simple fix by going in and simply changing out the smaller side for a larger implant or changing the larger side for smaller one.

You do have size asymmetry before surgery. Consider having the implants placed under the muscle. It will give a better look. And possibly different size implants

It appears you have a capsule and one implant is being held up higher than the other. go visit with another surgeon.
