Question

205cc Sientra HP over the muscle implants. Very unhappy with the way the implants are sitting, causing severe asymmetry. Went back to my surgeon at 3 months and she says due to my age (54) and pre op asymmetry that this is an excellent result. But I'm really unhappy because it's very noticeable not only naked but in clothes as well. Now she's on maternity leave and not seeing patients for a year. I'm scheduling 2nd opinions. This has been stressful. Input on what happened here?

It does appear that your left implant is smaller than the right side.  I would assume if the same size implants were placed that the asymmetry was presented preoperatively.  Most patients have some asymmetry before and after surgery.  In your case what I see is that the one side is larger and has more upper pole than the other side.  This would be a rather simple fix by going in and simply changing out the smaller side for a larger implant or changing the larger side for smaller one.

You do have size asymmetry before surgery. Consider having the implants placed under the muscle. It will give a better look. And possibly different size implants

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
