Will hairline lowering surgery affect the results of my hair transplant?

I’m 4 months post op from an fue hair transplant(1500 grafts around temples). I’m interested in a hairline lowering procedure but am worried if the surgery will damage the final results of my hair transplant. Should I wait a full year until undergoing the procedure? Thank you.

Your forehead is masculine but not overly prominent. Your chin would be much more impactful. I would say a genioplasty is a better option bc you need about 10mm+ of advancement. Chin implant is going to be under a lot of pressure which pushes them in a few millimeters so you lose some projection...
