Hello I am a 28 year old female with a genetic receding hairline. My hair is also thinning. I am considering doing both a forehead reduction for faster results and minimal downtime for the hairline. I also would like to do a hair transplant to increase density however i understand this is a 1+ year process espescially for longer hair. What is the best approach? Can i do both simultaneously? Or do forehead reduction first? Are there any factors i need to consider? Thank you

Thank you so much for your question! Based on your picture I do not see any masculine characteristics your forehead seems pretty feminine. Please be kind to send us pictures from your frontal side as well. Take care!
