Can I combine a forehead reduction with hair transplant? (photos)

Hello I am a 28 year old female with a genetic receding hairline. My hair is also thinning. I am considering doing both a forehead reduction for faster results and minimal downtime for the hairline. I also would like to do a hair transplant to increase density however i understand this is a 1+ year process espescially for longer hair. What is the best approach? Can i do both simultaneously? Or do forehead reduction first? Are there any factors i need to consider? Thank you

Hello. If you want to get fast results in one day, you can choose forehead reduction. If you do a hair transplant, you will have to wait 1-2 years for the hair to grow. It is best that start with the forehead reduction surgery as the first stage. The hair transplant should be done a few months later as blood supply to hair follicles may be reduced in the short term from the surgery. In addition, you may have some hair loss from the surgery, often temporary, but sometimes permanent so its best to see the final results of the forehead reduction first, prior to scheduling the hair transplantation.
