Primary rhinoplasty was done in 2015 Followed by two revision surgeries in 2016 and 2018 respectively. There are some fillers in the bridge as it was too low and caused even more asymmetry. I have come to an understanding that symmetry depends a lot on the patient’s facial symmetry and one should be realistic about the outcome. But is there any chance to make an improvement in my case? And would it be worth it to give it one last shot?

I even think that the "nose photoshopped" picture shows more projection than I think is in an ideal range. Then, sometimes, when you deproject a nose, it makes it *seem* as though the tip dropped, that the nose is longer from top to bottom. So it's important to look at that factor, and elevate...
