I did an open rhinoplasty at 2019 almost 3 years ago and I am dissatisfied with the result. I am 23 years old. In the blue picture you can see my previous nose and the new one a week ago after the operation. I think my tip is overprojected and because of my weak jawline I think it looks more imbalanced. I told my doctor about the overprojected tip and he thinks that it suits to my face and it is better for me to improve lip and jawline balance with filler but I feel my nose is the problem....
