Hi! I had a rhinoplasty exactly a year ago so id say my healing is all done and this is my final nose. Before my rhinoplasty I didnt notice any uneven nostrils, however after my surgery one nostril is widee than the othee. i didnt get my nostrils done at all during surgery so I dont see why theyd suddently b different? Is it because my nose tip has been propped up more and its now changed the way it sits? The nostril thats wider now is alao more thick.

Answer: Permanent non-surgical nose job for improving nostril symmetry, and decreasing nostril show...
Hi @Phenomenal451973! Swelling after a rhinoplasty can last up to 1 year. I would wait the full 12 months and if you are still not satisfied, I would consider a revision rhinoplasty. Best of luck!
I can see your nose looks a bit wider after surgery, but this may be more noticeable to you than to others. The best way to determine your candidacy for revision is to visit several reputable rhinoplasty specialists. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
If I'm understanding your photos correctly, you appear to have an improved nasal appearance after surgery. Your tip does not appear too high. Best to consult with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist about your concerns, since you appear to have an improved result. Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph
