Low forehead from tight cap usags?

Question

I had worn baseball caps for 20 years since the age of 14. I have an addicton of it. I notice my forehead feels tight with pressure and i can see my brow bone popping out. I want to stop wearing hats if i stop can my foorehead muslces baloon back up or doi require surgery ?

looks like you might have either forehead depression areas that can be treat with fat grafting, or you have excess muscles in certain areas that need botox. All of these are minimally invasive. The fat grafting is a small surgery
