My forehead left side has always been somewhat like in the photo, I tink from an old injury, but a year ago I wore a hat that was too tight for 8 hours and it swelled a little and turned hard making the bump much worse, is there a way to smooth it out?

I do this kind of thing frequently. Usually this is a lipoma of the forehead which may happen, I believe, after trauma (or just bad luck). We typically need to remove them, but, I can usually do this endoscopically with no visible scarring.
