Is there a way to make this bump on my forehead less noticeable? (Photo)

I do this kind of thing frequently. Usually this is a lipoma of the forehead which may happen, I believe, after trauma (or just bad luck). We typically need to remove them, but, I can usually do this endoscopically with no visible scarring.
