I'm not sure if it's relevant, but after I got Botox, the area became red and painful. My doctor advised me to get a carbon laser treatment after ten days, which I did a month later I did HIFU. I noticed that the small bump hadn't gone away. It's been three months now (since the botox), and a general surgeon told me it needs to be surgically removed. I would really like to know if there are any other options available.
