I am just over 1 year out of breast augmentation, and 6 months from a revision on one side due to bottoming out. Since the 2nd surgery I’ve developed capsular contracture in both breasts (grade 1 & 4). I have chronic pain/soreness that impairs my sleep. I know surgery is the only solution, but is there anything I can do to treat the pain in the meantime? I can’t have surgery for at least 3 months.
