9 months post op breasts became different - is this capsular contracture? (Photos)

hi i had my breast augmentation 1 year ago under the muscle 309cc under the muscle. everything was looking great until month 9 where all of a sudden my breast are different. 1 is suddenly higher and firmer then the other. i was wondering if maybe only 1 had dropped or is this a capscular contracture?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for your question.  It is difficult to say for sure without examining you but it sounds like the beginning of capsular contracture.   Go back to your plastic surgeon to make sure.

If one of them is firmer than the other and riding higher, there is a good likelihood you have capsular contracture on that side.
