Hello. I have above-muscle saline implants that are 25+ years old. One of the implants has become hard, and I’d like to have a capsulectomy and replace the old saline implants with new ones. How complicated is this procedure? Is there something specific I should seek in a surgeon? I live in Miami Florida and there are tons of doctors who do breast augmentations. Is there something I should look for when looking for a surgeon? Thank you.
