After Vaser Liposuction on your stomach and flanks, is there a reason the Dr would have you wear a bodysuit compression garment rather than something like a back brace type belt? The brace would give more adjustability for tightness and also covers the same areas covered in surgery. Seems like a better choice, especially because you don’t have to put pants over it and it doesn’t interfere with going to the bathroom at all.

Answer: Compression and Garments While the brace like wrap can certainly be nice and an actually more affordable option they usually don’t completely cover the liposuction area. They stop under the breast and just above the hip. If your surgeon went all the way up to your upper back or blended the Lipo lower than your hip then you will see a dent where the wrap ended. Some people like the adjustable compression of the wrap and just use a wrap on top of their body garment which can give you the best of both worlds.
