Tuberous breast reconstruction: Is this a sign of infection? The itching isn't persistent but originally wasn't itching me at all until the second night after, third day after surgery. Also, the left breast seems to have a little bit of bruising near the drain insertion site. Is that normal at all?

You don't have tubular breasts, and no medicare would not pay for it even if you did have tubular breasts. What you have is breasts that are sagging and the best option would be to get a lift and if you like to get more volume then use an implant at the same time.
