Breast MRI after implant removal. Does this result mean my pec muscles are OK?

My muscles were not repaired during explant 7 year ago. I had a breast mri due to pain at the bottom of my breasts. The results said "no chest wall deformities " does this mean my pec muscles are in a fairly good spot and ok?

If you take a peek at some anatomy pictures of the pectoralis muscle, you will see that the length of the origin of the muscle is extensive. If amount of muscle origin fibers that are cut during implant augmentation represent a very small percentage, and the remainder of the origin is not affected.
Implant augmentation does not change the function of the pectoralis muscle in any significant way. The transected fibers will remain transected forever, (there is no explantation pectoral repair) and this is the consequences of having implant augmentation in a sub a pectoral plane.
