I’m a 27 year old man and 3 years ago I decided to get a bbl. A year after the surgery I had noticed that I almost solely gain weight in my bottom now and the size of it is starting to make me self consious. Do you think a bbl reduction is necessary or should I just focus on weight loss to reduce the size?

Answer: BBL reversal Thank you for posting your question here!My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided for a more personalized and detailed plan I would recommend consulting with your plastic surgeon in person.Losing weight will definitely decrease the size of your buttocks , that being said your proportions wont change much as you will likely lose weight everywhere , so if you are not happy with your proportions or if you are close to a healthy ideal weight then you might want to consider a reversal procedure.
