Combining Lipo 360 with BBL and breast augmentation

Question

I am scheduled to have bbl with breast exchange from saline to silicone. My question is does this mean they can only remove 1L of fat. I called the coordinator and she said my dr. Can remove 4L. He’s triple board certified. Should I just cancel the breast augmentation and go with lipo 360 and BBL. Please help me figure this out. I’m 5’3”. 170lb BMI 30. I thought combo surgery is only 1L. (I learned this after I booked my app). I need more than 1L for noticeable diff and I know some cells die.

Based on the existing law in State of Florida when liposuction is done together which another surgical procedure ( like  breast augmentations, exchange of implants, breast lift,TT) only 1 liter of fat can be harvested and used for fat transfer to buttocks. Any well organized plastic surgery office will inform you about that fact before signing you for surgery. Maybe that is a warning sign to reconsider where to do your surgery? Good luck.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.
