Hello,I had a septoplasty about 10year ago no narrowing mainly the tip to breathe better and little lift on the tip nothing crazy. Then About 4 years ago I had to go for double jaw surgery since I used to played soccer and had issues with my bite in the past. I found out I had to do it since I did braces and didn’t fix it. They told me my nose will get wider after this surgery so I gave them the ok knowing I’ll probably fix it with a nosejob. Inmay’21 got it done and the nose still big and wide.

Hello! this seems to be a residual hump or cartilaginous bump. I don't think this will go away with time. You most likely will need a revision rhinoplasty. The tip also seems to be deviated and ala are asymmetrical. So you can speak with your operating surgeon for more insight. Hope this helps!
I would recommend following up with your surgeon and asking if they felt that Kenalog 10 injected into the tip and dorsum would not be a good idea for recalcitrant nasal swelling following rhinoplasty.
