I had a nose job 6 months ago and it looks abnormal from the side. My tip is over projecting and it’s way too pointed/lifted. The front looks fine though. When I touch my tip, it’s firm and almost rubbery. I assume It’s the cartilage that the skin rubs against. I suspect that it’s a saddle nose but I’m not sure.

Hello! this seems to be a residual hump or cartilaginous bump. I don't think this will go away with time. You most likely will need a revision rhinoplasty. The tip also seems to be deviated and ala are asymmetrical. So you can speak with your operating surgeon for more insight. Hope this helps!
I would recommend following up with your surgeon and asking if they felt that Kenalog 10 injected into the tip and dorsum would not be a good idea for recalcitrant nasal swelling following rhinoplasty.
