Hi I had an unsuccessful vertical breast lift 8 months ago. I'm thinking about having another surgery and considering augmentation with implants. What worries me most is the asymmetry of the breasts and the different size of the areolas. I would like to enlarge my areolas and make my breasts the same size. Should I agree to implants?

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. After 6 months to 1 year, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
