do you know which treatment is most effective for stubborn arm fat that you've seen in your experience? I did a mini arm lift in 2020, but it did not create significant results. I don't think I have enough fat for qualify for actual liposuction, but I would like to know what you think I can do to get rid of stubborn fat that doesn't go away with weightlifting. (5'5" at 111lbs 28yo F)..I actually lost overall 4lbs since doing this procedure
Answer: Arms You do not have any excess fat. I do recommend body building to better define your muscles and you will see that you do not have excess fat on your arms.

Answer: Minimal Deformity, Minimally Invasive It does not appear that you have any major deformity based on your pictures. If there are any areas of excess fat, they would appear to be small. As you would only require a small area of correction, it would be best to stick to minimally invasive procedures, such as the Morpheus procedure or even Coolsculpting if it is available in your area.

Answer: Liposuction and skin tightening It depends on the skin laxity and the amount of fat. For my patients who had a massive or significant weight loss with laxity of the skin, I recommend arm lift . I am personally not a huge fan of short scar arm lift and finds it only helps very few patients with very specific anatomy. If there is no laxity in the skin and moderate amount of fat, I usually offer my patients liposuction with skin tightening (minimally invasive) at the end of the procedure.
