Hey! Hoping to see if mini arm lifts are worth it I have about 2 inches from and to the armpit that need lifted after 80lb weight loss years ago Im including before/after pics

For someone who has lost as much weight as you have, you seem to have kept a fair amount of skin elasticity. If this is the case, then you may be able to have a good result from something less invasive like a SMARTLipo or Ultrasound assisted liposuction procedure. Only an in person physical exam will be able to truly tell. If the skin has lost significant elasticity, which is common after weight loss, you will likely require a formal excisional brachioplasty, or arm lift.

The loose skin of your arm seems to be limited to the area close to your armpit. This area would benefit from a mini arm lift. The rest of your arm, however, seems to have a good skin tone with fatty tissue, which I would treat with liposuction to keep the arm lift scar short. So a combination of short scar arm lift and liposuction will provide you with good contour.
