I’m a39 year old woman, I have had weight loss in the past through drastic diet (low protein) which I suspect caused this issue. I then carried on putting weight which has caused the fat lumpy ball to grow bigger and droop more. This is affecting my everyday life, my social life, my confidence and personal life. Please help me find a solution. I would like to know whether NHS in uk would help with with the surgery.
Answer: Arm The excess skin and fat can be excised, especially on the larger side. Both sides could be excised, or liposuction could be done on the side with less fat and skin.

Answer: Lump I encourage you to begin by having the lump examined to ensure there is no medical cause for concern. If it is a pocket of subcutaneous fat you can consider a brachioplasty to remove the lump and contour the arms.

Answer: Formal Operative Excision Based on the size of this area on your left side, it will require operative removal. I would also recommend that it be sent to pathology as a possible area of accessory breast tissue. This will leave a scar but should help considerably with the contour. I am unfortunately not sure about the coverage under NHS, but if there is a possibility of it being accessory breast tissue and requiring pathologic evaluation this may aid in coverage.
