Hi, currently looking for an Alarplasty surgeon and came across a clinic in London offering non surgical permanent Alarplasty but not sure How legit this is. It’s called hotaki London and the befor and after a look amazing but not sure how it works. He claims to use medical bands and they become sort of the tissue over time. Just wondering if this id a real procedures. Thanks

Alarplasty alone can reduce the width and/or flare of the nostrils and ala. It does not change the size or shape of the nasal tip. Surgical rhinoplasty is the safest and most effective way to create permament changes to the size and shape of the nasal tip.
You can take Accutane as soon as one month after surgery if the incisions are healed. In fact the Accutane might help improve the overall appearance by reducing thickness related to the sebaceous glands.
