Is there such a thing as non surgical alarplasty? (Photo)

Question

Hi, currently looking for an Alarplasty surgeon and came across a clinic in London offering non surgical permanent Alarplasty but not sure How legit this is. It’s called hotaki London and the befor and after a look amazing but not sure how it works. He claims to use medical bands and they become sort of the tissue over time. Just wondering if this id a real procedures. Thanks

Any attempts at using "bands" or "threads" to reshape or narrow the nose will result in a temporary shape change at best, and will result in significant scarring and deformity to the nose at worst. Best to consult with experienced rhinoplasty surgeons with regards to the safest and most effective procedures available to address your specific cosmetic concerns and anatomy.

Sutures can be applied to the nostrils on the inside to pull them together. The material can be permanent. However, it is unlikely to maintain the narrowing for long. The only certain way for a permanent narrowing is surgery. It is very important that you speak with some of the patients who had this non surgical procedure a while ago to see how their results are lasting.
