I had rhinoplasty and alarplast 1 year and 8 months ago. My nose looks pinched and unnatural when I smile. Is there any way to reverse the curve of the nose? If so what is the name of this procedure to for pinched nose, or is this because of the scar?

Any attempts at using "bands" or "threads" to reshape or narrow the nose will result in a temporary shape change at best, and will result in significant scarring and deformity to the nose at worst. Best to consult with experienced rhinoplasty surgeons with regards to the safest and most...
A combination of a Weir with nasal sill excision will create the optimal outcome for you given the excessive width of your sill, but also the excessive flare of your ala. Preserving the appropriate degree of flare and width will allow for a significant improvement in the shape of your nostrils...
Alarplasty alone can reduce the width and/or flare of the nostrils and ala. It does not change the size or shape of the nasal tip. Surgical rhinoplasty is the safest and most effective way to create permament changes to the size and shape of the nasal tip.
