Over cutting alarplasty - is there any way to reverse the curve of the nose? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty and alarplast 1 year and 8 months ago. My nose looks pinched and unnatural when I smile. Is there any way to reverse the curve of the nose? If so what is the name of this procedure to for pinched nose, or is this because of the scar?

Based on your photos, your nostrils are fairly symmetrical, however, there is some visible scar tissue in between your nostrils and your cheeks. I do not believe there is any good way to re-widen the base of the nose, however, dermabrasion procedures may be considered for improving the appearance of your scars. I hope this helps you. It is very difficult if not impossible to reverse an Alarplasty. It is best to leave it alone. Any attempts on improving have a high risk of failure or even making it worst.
