You would not be a good candidate for chin lipo as you barely have any fat there. If a surgeon tries to sell you on this, they are likely just trying to grab money because I doubt you will see a significant improvement, if any. Your jawline actually looks completely fine to me and quite defined. If there were one thing I would consider to add to your face, I would look into augmenting the midface especially medially.

Hello, hope you are well. Based on the photos you have provided, you would not be a good candidate for submental 'chin' liposuction in my practice. There is good jaw line definition and no appreciable jowling in these photos. Sometimes an in-person consultation is more useful for you to point out specific areas of concern.

Is your case Liposuction will not add much benefit because you really don’t have much fat to remove. Having the procedure puts you at all the risk of having all the undesirable outcomes without good benefits justifying the procedure.
Your neck and jawline look excellent and perhaps you just need some reassurance.
