This is in order to achieve the final objective, which is to give harmony and uniformity to the breasts. During a breast reduction, the amount of tissue removed does not always match in both breasts. This is because the amount is subject to what can be found during the surgical process. Hello, thank you for your question. Your requests are very reasonable and seems possible to achieve. Its important to discuss this with your plastic surgeon and talk about healing and scars.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher and more medial to increase your cleavage.

I would recommend more of a lift than a reduction since your issue is mostly excess skin. The amount of weight reduced may be more in the 200 gm range but you should be able to achieve the results you desire.

breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. From your photos it doesn't appear that you have 430g to remove and still be left with a B cup. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your goals and learn more about the procedure.

Based on the photos I would remove only 300-350 per side in a reduction surgery. If you want a virtual consult... Regards

From your photos, I note 2 apparent preoperative views, demonstrating relatively symmetric sagging breasts with the nipples residing at the level of the fold at the bottom of the breasts. I see apparent postoperative views of a well performed full pattern mastopexy. I do NOT see size 30DD breasts. Bra size is an extremely inaccurate measurement of breast size as many individuals wear poorly fitted bras or do not fully fill the cup.
It appears that a 430 gram breast reduction will leave you without much remaining breast tissue. A breast reduction of less volume can be performed but will probably not be insurance covered.
