Revision lipo for more even results? (F, 30 yrs, 173cm/68kg) (Photos)

Question

Had lipo from ankles to knees (+ bit above) in the beginning of 2023. I got lipedema stage 0. Main focus was better contours for calves and ankles. Issue is that left ankle still has some lipedema fat around it (its painful too) and appears larger + some other irregularities. These problems showed rightaway when most of the postop swelling faded. I would like new lipo but dr doesnt find it necessary because the areas are small. What do you recommend? Lipolytic injections didnt work for me..

yes I would agree that a little fine tuning would fix you up nicely and be worth it but be sure to see a doc who stands you up during the procedure to really fine tune it under local.

Liposuction of the leg, which is the part of your body between your foot and your knee is technically difficult, has a difficult recovery and generally should be avoided unless the indication is strong.
You do Not have Lipedema. 
Personally, I would not have done liposuction on your leg.
My practice is focused exclusively on Liposuction and fat transfer.
I’m 61 years old and I have done close to 10,000 Liposuction procedures.
Liposuction of the leg is technically difficult and recovery is really hard.
Most patients are going to have significant discomfort and swelling for months and months afterwards.
I would not have recommended doing the procedure in the first place and I don’t recommend having more Liposuction.
I agree with your provider regarding a secondary procedure, though, I disagree with the primary surgery.
